1. Agreement

By accessing or using HumanLike, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use HumanLike for:

  • Illegal activities or content generation
  • Generating harmful, abusive, or harassing content
  • Creating content that violates any third-party rights
  • Any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
  • Spam or automated bulk content generation

### 3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Product Notice

HumanLike is a digital SaaS product that provides instant access to AI humanization tools and credits upon subscription. Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been used or credits have been consumed.

14-Day Unused Account Refund

If you have not used any of our services or consumed any credits within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund. To qualify:

  • No words have been processed through the service
  • No credits have been consumed
  • Request is made within 14 days of initial payment

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your current plan until the end of your billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial months.

Billing Inquiries

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record. For any billing disputes, refunds, or questions about charges, please contact us at support@humanlike.pro. We will respond to all inquiries within 3-5 business days.

4. AI Disclaimer

HumanLike provides AI-generated content on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy and quality, we cannot guarantee that all outputs will be error-free or suitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any content before use. HumanLike shall not be liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or damages resulting from the use of our service.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content and data you input into HumanLike. HumanLike retains all rights to the underlying software, algorithms, brand, and service design. Our service and its content are protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of HumanLike is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described therein.

7. Limitation of Liability

HumanLike shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of HumanLike after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
